Private Label Minerals reserves the right to deny/cancel/restrict sales to our discretion.
By accessing, browsing and using this site, including but not limited to ordering and using products sold on this site, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand and agree to (without limitation or qualification) the following legal terms and conditions. If you do not agree/accept these terms we advise that you not purchase from this website.
Shipping Times/Order Processing Policies:
All sample orders process in 10 business days excluding weekends and holidays.
Standard bulk pails under 20 gallons ordered will process in 10-14 business days for most items (excludes twisting creams and edge control which will be provided at the time that the quote is requested based on our queue for those items). The processing time for standard bulk orders that exceed 20 gallons (ie: a drum sized order) will be provided to customers at the time the quote is submitted based on the order request.
You will need to order a minimum of 10 gallons per SKU for your order to be customized. - Customized bulk pails under 20 gallons have a 1 month on average processing time, please note a customized order can take longer to process depending on how extensive the customization is, availability of the additional ingredients outsourced, etc. Expedited processing for 10 business day processing will be available per agreement (ie: not all customizations will be eligible for this offer).
- The processing time for customized pails that exceed 20 gallons (ie: a drum order) will be provided to customers at the time the quote is submitted based on the order request.
Prepackaged Edge Control:
- Edge Control is the ONLY item that we sell by the unit (prepackaged). The minimum is 30 units with a 14 business day processing time. Non-customized orders of edge control over 30 units will process in 1 month (no expedited processing fee). If you are interested in over 100 units of edge control you will need to order by the pail. You will need to order a minimum of 10 gallons for your edge control to be customized.
International buyers should note that import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are solely the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. All orders process the following business day from the date that payment for the order is received. Contract manufactured and custom samples ship in 14-21 business days (on average). Contract manufactured orders process in 6-8 weeks in business days excluding weekend. You will be notified by email once the parcel is prepared for shipment.
We do not charge shipping fees for larger parcels shipped by FedEx/UPS Ground immediately as shipping is determined by the final weight of the parcel, These shipping fees are billed at time of shipment to ensure that you are not overcharged. Anticipate shipping quotes the day of or day before shipping of your merchandise.
To place an order for items, customers may contact us directly at with their items of interest for a quote. Once you receive your quote, we will then send an invoice for payment remittance at your approval. Sample orders can be placed by simply clicking the "Click for details" button on our Samples page found at the top of our website. You will be forwarded to our Sample Ordering Form for submission of your order. Once you submit your Sample Ordering Form, we will send you an invoice for payment remittance. All invoices are due upon receipt. Payment for an order is due on the date the invoice was requested by the customer. Unpaid invoices are generally cancelled after 48 hours and marked as "overdue" until cancelled by a rep to our discretion. If you have acquired a total of 3 unpaid orders that have to be cancelled for non-payment within a 6 month time period, PLM Cosmetics, will to our discretion, be forced to permanently terminate your wholesale account. There are no exceptions. If you are no longer interested in your invoice, please simply contact us and let us know within 24 hours of the request. Orders are only considered "unpaid" after we have sent several order email reminders and have not received a response or payment from the customer after 2 business days. Please only request an invoice when you are able to remit payment and contact us if you would like to cancel an unpaid invoice.
Customer Service Assistance:
Customers may contact us via email at or via our Contact Us form(s). Our regular customer service/business hours are Monday - Friday from 6 am to 8 pm CST. 24/7 customer service assistance begins at 8:30 p.m in which available customer service reps assist customers with their accounts until 12:00 a.m CST. All other inquiries are responded to within 48 business hours after the inquiry has been received. For record keeping purposes, we DO NOT provide product assistance, customer service, or order details via phone. These matters are handled via email exclusively. Orders valued over $5000 will receive a phone call from a regional representative via our 1-800 number to begin proper order processing. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order as well as general information regarding our products, please email us with any of your concerns and we would be happy to assist you.
All sales are final. If you are unsure of how a product will work, please order samples. All shipping companies are responsible for delivering packages in the manner in which they were shipped. In the event that your items are damaged during transit, we will send replacements within 10 business days and 14 business days for customized items. Depending on the size of the order we may issue a refund to our discretion; please note we are only able to refund damaged items within 30 business days from the day the order was placed. Missing items and damaged parcels should be reported within 7 business days of receipt by the recipient for replacements to be sent. Customers have 7 business days to inform us of discrepancies, after this point the order is considered final and completed. There are no exceptions. If the customer and/or recipient does not report discrepancies during the time frame noted on our policy, we will only be able to issue an in store credit. It is imperative that recipients inspect merchandise upon delivery and communicate concerns with us immediately for resolution. We do not send replacements or do rain checks for free items or free fragrance offers that are unavailable at time of shipment as free items do not have any monetary value. Items that are out of stock or back ordered will immediately be refunded back to the customer at time of shipment. We do not contact customers regarding out of stock items for sales. In ALL cases if a requested item is unavailable by the time the order is prepared for shipment, we will issue a refund once the parcel dispatches. By ordering from any of our sales you do so with the understanding that sale items are ONLY WHILE SUPPLIES LAST.
Due to the nature of natural products, herbal extracts and natural botanicals may be seen in hair and cosmetic products. This does not change the efficacy of the product and is not cause for concern. Note that during seasonal temperature changes natural products can become thinner or thicker. We cannot replace your product if it is not the viscosity that you expected. While samples can give you a general idea of what a larger size will be like, sometimes there can be slight differences. Natural ingredients do vary from lot to lot and thus a finished product can have slight variations. All of our products and ingredients are carefully chosen for quality and are manufactured under GMP Standards. Products are guaranteed for up to 12 months from day of receipt.
Shipping & Delivery:
We ship USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation and UPS/FedEx Ground for orders that are too large to ship via USPS (ie: most bulk and private label orders). We reserve the right to ship large orders in increments to cut down on expensive pickup costs. Large orders are not guaranteed to all arrive within the same day. We will send updates on anticipated delivery for packages as they are available. Shipping for large orders that cannot ship flat rate by USPS will ship Ground. Ground shipping is billed at time of shipment based on the final parcel weight. We do not bill shipping charges for large orders at time of order placement, shipping for large orders is billed when the order is prepared to ship. USPS Priority Mail takes approximately 2-4 business days to deliver. Please note that while the standard USPS Priority Mail delivery schedule is 2-4 business days, this is provided as an estimate only, it is not a guarantee. Priority Mail deliveries may be substantially delayed during the holiday season. USPS does not deliver mail on Federal holidays or when Post Offices are closed due to national disasters or inclement weather. You will be provided with a tracking number at the time that your order is shipped. At the point of shipment, it is your responsibility to keep up with and track your own package. If issues arise with USPS or UPS/FedEx when delivering your package, that is between the buyer and the shipping company. International customers who use third party recipients for orders, are held to the same terms and conditions for their orders as U.S customers. If you are unable to provide notification of discrepancies within 7 business days, we will need you to keep adequate communication with your recipient so that they can report missing items and damages once they receive the items.
Cancellations & Order Changes:
Orders can be cancelled and/or altered only 24 hours after order placement. Private Label Minerals is not responsible for order placement mistakes made by the buyer. After 24 hours from order placement the sale is considered final and cannot be canceled or altered. Private Label Minerals, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at anytime, with or without cause or reason. In the event of conflicting interests, disputes, or policy violation, Private Label Minerals reserves the right to refuse future service and refund all monies payed by the customer (unless order has already been filled and/or shipped) without notice. Private Label Minerals reserves the right to cancel pending orders for issues due to failure/refusal to review/agree to our Order Policy, suspicious activity/unverified and unconfirmed accounts and conflict.
Incorrect Address / Non Deliverable / Refused Shipments / Address Changes:
If you made an address error, this includes, but is not limited to: providing an incorrect address and/or old address, you are fully responsible for the additional shipping or address correction fee charged by the shipping company as well as a fee if we need to fill and process a replacement order. You will not be issued a refund if you mistakenly have your items delivered to the wrong address. No exceptions. If you refuse your shipment or reshipment, the order is considered a non-authorized return and will incur a 50% restocking fee, plus all shipping and handling charges. Shipping charges are not refundable by Private Label Minerals, but may be by the carrier subject to its own policies.
